Debra's Magic Blue

I was working on some new hues for one of our LYS’s. I had inspiration pages I was working from and needed a very specific blue. The blue was the focal point of this colorway so it had to be true. Debra was helping me out because we had a bit of a deadline. And after much trial and error we came up with this blue. A little royal and a little aqua and very magic!
