Soft Rock is a light fingering-weight 2 ply yarn made from the same fiber base that we use for our beloved Socks that Rock yarns! Our goal was a yarn that had a lot of the wonderful attributes of our signature sock yarn, but with a little less of a twist and a little more drape.
Since our goal with Soft Rock is not a sock yarn, we can lighten up on the the twist of the ply which gives us a more relaxed yarn for shawls and cowls and such!! Soft Rock still has a nice elasticity and also rocks, just not for socks!!
