Note: by request, we have made some kits for patterns in our book Fair Isling on Blue Moon. These kits are for the Angora Boot Sock pattern on page 14 of that book. Remember, the patterns are in the book, not in the kit.
These socks combine colorwork with a wee bit of texture, a luxurious
addition. The cuff of this sock is knit with handpainted angora as your
other contrasting color. A delight to see and feel. You can knit these
as a bootiken or as a regular size sock.
Materials Needed: Fair Isling on Blue Moon book, one pair US size 1, 2 & 3 (2.75mm) needles depending on heel choice, (check book for details) and a tapestry needle.
Weight: 10oz.
Gauge: 8.5 sts per inch on US size 1 (2.25mm)
Length: 820 yards
