A 4-ply yarn that has three
plies of regular merino and one ply of superwash merino. When dyed, the
superwash takes the dye darker than the regular merino. This gives the
yarn a lot more depth, richness, and character. Twisted is a great
garment yarn and also a very cool felting yarn. The superwash strand
pulls a little when you felt it, which creates a great boucle-like
effect. Twisted is one of our favorite felting yarns here at Blue Moon.
